The Voivodeship is an important area with regards to Polish transportation, having railway lines that connect it to the major ports by the Baltic Sea, as well as the countries capital of Warsaw and other major cities, and the Ignacy Jan Pederewski Airport, located in Bydgoszcz, has flights that reach many popular European termini, many of which are operated by the Irish company Ryanair and LOT Polish Airlines.

Like many of the main Voivodeships in the country, the landscape of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship is celebrated by its inhabitants and preserved so that future generations might enjoy the same glorious views as their ancestors.
